1. GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or the provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions). Using the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions offered by Biantti SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, as well as other regulatory acts adopted in accordance with it. The seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor any changes.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the biantti.md website, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing/confirming/executing orders. Personal data is processed exclusively for lawful purposes, such as providing the goods you ordered, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters. All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data. We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information on the site. Data transmission over the Internet or a wireless network cannot be completely secure. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, so it is done at their own risk.
3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Orders can be paid for by bank card – upon receiving the order, you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment. Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a bank card that allows online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive payment confirmation at your email address. The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user during payment to a secure maib page, where each cardholder is authenticated by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction. Refunds are made only to the card used for the purchase. To make a payment, you need to enter your bank card details. The transmission of this information is carried out with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on the specialized server of the payment system. The following data is required for payment: Card number (16 digits), Expiry date (month and year), CVC or CVV code (3 digits), Name and surname on the bank card. If the card’s currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the amount deducted from the card account will be converted according to the issuing bank’s conditions.
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS/PRODUCTS/SERVICES
After placing the order, the Buyer is provided with information about the estimated date of transfer of the order to couriers/delivery service. Delivery within Chisinau is carried out within 48 hours from the moment our operators confirm the order. The delivery cost is 25 MDL. Delivery to the rest of the country is carried out within 72 hours from the moment our operators confirm the order. The delivery cost is 50 MDL. Delivery is not available on Sundays and public holidays. The delivery time may be extended in some cases (e.g., adverse weather conditions, holiday periods, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). In such situations, we will notify you in advance. You can choose any delivery address – home, office, or any other address at no additional cost. We accept only one delivery address per order. If you need to deliver an order to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address. Upon receiving the goods, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the courier’s presence. Any subsequent claims on these matters will not be accepted.
5. RETURN POLICY
According to Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return the purchased goods for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of payment. Refunds are made to the card used for the purchase. Freshly prepared products are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (MO175/09.11.2007). In accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. The service provider does not disclose any personal data to third parties without the consent of data subjects, except in cases provided by law. The service provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with applicable legislation.
